First of all, thank you for your business, and for trusting me with your images. Second, please read this before submitting any order to me...

Many parts of these services can be subjective. In fact, most of what I do here is my interpretation of what would yield the best print from your image. That being the case, I must limit my liability by telling you up front that should there be any reason to make changes to an image after it has been printed, I will gladly make any reasonable changes at no additional charge, but cannot be responsible for any other costs incurred by you with other vendors.

Now, let's turn the wheels of commerce a litte.

My only requirements when submitting an order to me are:

1. Organize your files into folders that have titles describing what should be done with the files they contain. Folders should have titles like "4x6 color proofs" or for reprints, create a folder titled "reprints" and within that folder should be folders with names such as "5x7 color" , "8x10 B&W" , etc. You are welcome to skip this step if your order consists of only one service. For instance, if all you want is every file proofed as a color print, there's really nothing to be organized. Just go to step two:

2. Verify that your disc(s) burned successfully. You'd be surprised how many blank discs I've been given.

3. Include a text document with each order that contains your contact information, including your phone number, and any special instructions or concerns. Please use the most basic program available to you for this document. For Mac users, please use TextEdit, for Windows please use Notepad. Use this document to clearly indicate the service(s) you want. If I am doing RAW conversions for proofs, do you want the files only, or prints as well? For your enlargements, are they basic reprints or Mojo? Files only, or files and prints?

4. If I have not set up payment terms for you, please either include a check with your order, or if you prefer I will send you a PayPal invoice and you can pay that way.

Email me (michael@michaelsmojo.com) and I will set up a personal drop box for you and send you all of the necessary information.

Please be aware that I cannot offer any support for FTP services. Please only attempt to use it if you have previous experience in this area and have a broadband connection.

If I am sending you discs only, shipping will cost you $3
If I am making prints for you as well, I will charge $5 to $10 depending on size and weight.
